     This is NOT the case at Casey Civil, LLC. The safety & well-being are top priorities for all of our employees on our projects & job sites. Casey Civil, LLC implements an extensive safety program on each project including bi-weekly safety visits by company safety officers.

      We strive to comply with all OSHA 29 CFR 1926 For Construction regulations, OSHA 29 CFR 1916 For Marine Terminal regulations and often use additional safety precautions prescribed by the US Army Corps of Engineers EMR-385 1-1 safety manual.  Corporate Safety Plans & Site Specific Accident Prevention Plans are composed for all projects and can be found onsite with the our supervisors.  Plans and daily activities performed on site shall implement a full Activity Hazard Analysis & Job site Hazard Analysis program daily.

      With EMR ratings below 1.00 since our founding in 2007, the proof lies in the statistics. We have had ZERO loss time injuries since 2007 with over 180,000 man hours worked.
